Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start — just create your account and get going.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

What payment methods do you accept?

BlueCrew accepts all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Annual plans can also be invoiced — contact us for details.

Are there setup or onboarding fees?

None. Zero onboarding fees, no implementation costs, no hidden setup charges. You pay only the monthly or annual subscription price.

What happens when I hit the user limit?

You'll be prompted to upgrade to Pro before adding a 2nd user on Starter, or to a custom plan beyond 5 users on Pro. You're never cut off mid-job — we give you a heads-up first.

Do you offer annual billing discounts?

Yes. Annual billing saves you 2 months compared to monthly — equivalent to ~17% off. The annual price is shown on the pricing toggle above.
